HI-CUPLA Standard NITTO

Product Specifications:

• Working pressure – 215 psi, 1.5 MPa (15 kg/cm²)
• Maximum Pressure – 285 psi, 2.0 MPa (20 kg/cm²)
• Seal Material – NBR (Nitrile butadiene rubber)
• Working Temperature – 20°C to 80°C

With excellent durability and application characteristics, it handles a wide range of tasks. A high-quality air coupler with a long-proven history of service.

Note :

• The 20, 30 & 40 sizes are interchangeable with each other.
• Standard is Chrome plated steel; brass or stainless steel are special order, add –B or –SS after Part No.
• The 20PFF parallel thread has a captive O-ring seal and is specifically designed for use on spray guns.
• The 400,600 &800 sizes are interchangeable with each other.

Purge mechanism for releasing stored pressure in hoses – anti whip protection.

• Any remaining pressurised air inside a hose is gradually released on disconnection of the coupler.

Features:

The PVR Cupla is designed to provide a top quality cupla for large-diameter hoses with a purge function. It eliminates stored energy in larger 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” hoses, and has a sleeve lock for safe WHS operation.

• Easy connection and regardless of existing pressure
• Disconnection with no residual pressure reduces sound hazards and eliminates hose whiplash.

• Incorporates purge function for safety.
