Our Returns Policy

If any product you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or not of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly exchange it, refund it or can arrange for it to be repaired subject to the conditions below:

Conditions For Returns

• All Returns are subject to Inspection before acceptance by Air Energy
• The goods must be unused and in merchantable condition
• The goods must not have been made to order or specifically ordered in
• You are responsible for all Freight costs
• Restocking Fee of 15% may be applicable
• Cleaning Fee of $80.00 / per hour plus GST may be applicable
• Original packaging is not essential, but packaging to avoid damage in transit is in your best interest

Returns Within 7 Days Of Invoice

• Return the goods with a copy of the original invoice
• No Restocking Fee applicable

Returns Within 30 Days Of Invoice

• Request a Goods Return Authority by phoning (03) 9765 5600
• Return the goods within 30 days of receiving the Goods Return Authority with the Goods Return Authority and copy of the original invoice
• 15% Restocking Fee applies

Refunds

• The refund will be via your original payment method (Credit Card or Account)
